Salary: £29,361 - £30,508

We are looking to recruit an experienced compliance professional, or an enthusiastic individual with strong organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills, to join our established team. 

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, our Compliance Administrators support the effective delivery of compliance, ensuring statutory, regulatory and internal requirements are accurately monitored, recorded and reported. In addition, we are looking for candidates who have a genuine passion for advocating on behalf of people and communities. 

What do our Compliance Administrators do;  

  • Provide high‑quality administrative, clerical and systems support to the Compliance Manager and wider Compliance and Asset Management teams, including operational cover where required. 

  • Maintain accurate compliance records and data systems across all statutory, regulatory and service areas, supporting assurance reporting, audits and regulatory requirements. 

  • Coordinate inspections, appointments, meetings and compliance activities, liaising effectively with contractors, consultants, internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services. 

  • Deliver excellent customer service, managing queries, maintaining satisfaction records, undertaking surveys and supporting complaint resolution. 

  • Support financial and governance processes including ordering works, processing invoices, maintaining documentation, and contributing to Health & Safety compliance, accreditation activity and continuous improvement. 

What we are looking for;  

  • A good standard of general education, including at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths, with a commitment to ongoing professional and personal development. 

  • Proven experience in a busy administrative role, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and deliver work to a high standard. 

  • Experience managing compliance, attribute or activity registers, ideally within a social housing or property‑related environment. 

  • Strong customer service skills, with experience of handling enquiries and complaints effectively, professionally and with attention to detail. 

  • Good working knowledge of property‑related health and safety compliance (e.g. fire safety, asbestos, legionella, electrical safety) and an understanding of value for money in service delivery. 

  • High levels of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and data or compliance management systems, with experience of maintaining accurate records and reports. 

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
