Make a real impact as our ASB & Tenancy Management Solicitor, using your expertise to protect residents, communities, and organisational assets while leading on complex housing litigation and anti-social behaviour cases.  

You’ll partner closely with housing teams, delivering authoritative legal advice and high-quality court representation to create safer, more sustainable neighbourhoods.  

As a trusted subject matter expert, you’ll drive best practice, reduce legal risk, and embed fair, consistent decision‑making across all tenancy and ASB services. 

In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.  

What will our ASB and Tenancy Management Solicitor do;  

  • Lead on all ASB litigation and tenancy enforcement matters, including injunctions, possession proceedings, and complex housing law cases. 
  • Provide expert legal advice on high‑risk situations such as safeguarding, domestic abuse, hate crime, and multi‑agency interventions. 
  • Prepare and present robust casework, including evidence, witness statements, and legal submissions, representing the organisation in court where required. 
  • Support operational teams with clear, timely legal guidance on tenancy, leasehold, and housing management issues while ensuring full regulatory and procedural compliance. 
  • Drive proactive, solution‑focused approaches—minimising legal risk, promoting early intervention, and managing external legal partners to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective outcomes. 

What we are looking for;  

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong track record in housing law, ASB litigation, tenancy management, and complex court proceedings. 
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume, demanding caseloads, delivering accurate, high‑quality legal work within tight deadlines. 
  • Skilled in preparing legal documentation, reports, and court papers, with confidence representing cases and communicating complex legal issues clearly. 
  • In‑depth knowledge of housing legislation, Civil Procedure Rules, and regulatory frameworks, with an understanding of current social housing challenges. 
  • Collaborative, resilient, and proactive professional with excellent problem‑solving skills, strong interpersonal approach, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
